RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 
RETURNS
 
All returns must be clearly informed within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and in the original package.
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return an item, please call or email customer service at support@weekaqua.lk. After the store confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then courier your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
 
EXCEPTIONS

Please Note
 
  • A product can only be accepted for a refund if it is unopened and in the same condition as when you got it. The item also has to be in its original packaging.
  • With regard to initiating a refund. Please be advised that any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Please contact us promptly in the event that your item is delivered damaged or defective. Depending on the product’s availability and your preference, we will establish a replacement or issue a refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
  • We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
